ActiveMail's design goal is to provide quick access to the information in your MS Outlook contacts folder so that you can compose, send and catalog eMail messages. ActiveMail uses the top portion of its main screen to display a list of the contacts found within your MS Outlook contact folder. Then as you select an item within this list, ActiveMail displays that contact's information ... including Company, Address(es), Phone Numbers and eMail addresses. ActiveMail helps you quickly select the contact to whom you wish to send a eMail and then easily compose the content of the email, spell check it and send it using the power of MS Outlook. Using its database of freeform notes, ActiveMail helps you catalog your communications associated with each of your contacts. Emails within your Inbox can quickly be added to this database with the click of a toolbar button.
