baserunner is a CGI application for Windows-based servers that provides dynamic creation of web pages from information stored in dbf-format databases. baserunner supports both dBase- and FoxPro-format memo fields. Its capabilities include navigation, data entry and editing, queries, and integrated email functions. baserunner applications are template-based, with those templates using a set of tags and directives to construct the web pages. Templates use xBase-style expressions to display data and for conditional directives.These templates may also be used to generate static web pages, and generate email messages. baserunner is a stand-alone executable that does not require external dll's, ODBC, or SQL. It runs under any Windows 95/98/NT web server that supports standard CGI.
