PhysProps is a chemical physical property data base.

PhysProps is a chemical physical property data base and property estimating application. The database is composed of over 6,500 chemical specie names and their synonyms (both organic and inorganic compounds). There are 28 physical properties for each compound in the data base (ex. critical T/P/V, boiling points, vapor pressures, viscosities, etc.) If the particular compound property is not in the database, it may be possible to estimate it from the estimation module. There are 18 properties which can be estimated from standard techniques. PhysProps is extremely easy to use and includes the following features: - An intuitive user interface written by an Engineer, for Engineers. - Search as you type compound browsing to find the exact compound quickly. - Property units of measure can be set to a global standard, individually, or changed instantly depending on user preferences. - Multiple properties can be displayed in either table or graphical viewing formats. - Contains a graphically based Periodic Table - Cutting and Pasting is supported to allow exporting data to other applications.
