Isaac is a cross-platform package for creating Web animations, menus, and interactive objects. Without writing a single line of code, an "Isaac Web Object" can be made in a few minutes and inserted into a Web page. Isaac can split images into smaller pieces, change their colors, and use the images to create an animation, menu, etc. It runs on IE 3.0 and higher, Netscape 3.0 and higher, and Hotjava and any Java-enabled browser.
