When you don't need them they are hidden off the screen, so you can use all the screen for designing. And if you need any of them, move the mouse pointer to the edge of monitor where it is hidden and it will appear. This improvement will make your work with Macromedia Flash much more effective and pleasant. New working style seems a bit inconvient at first, but usually it takes 1-2 hours to adapt. Then you start working much faster then before.
