Prohibited submissions include, but are not limited to, files and software that fall under the following categories: online gambling, adult-themed, DVD copying, password crackers and security circumvention tools.

Files containing spyware are expressly forbidden. Adware and all ad supported programs must be denoted as such by selecting the "Free, Ad Supported" option in the License selection box found on the next page of this form.
