1 Blue Dragon Singapore Noodle Kit, 150g prawns, 1 red pepper, thinly sliced, 1/2 an onion, sliced, a handful of mushrooms, sliced, 1 egg. How to: 1) Heat - Bring a pan of water to the boil and add a pinch of salt. Empty the noodles into the pan, making sure they' re covered, (switch off the heat) cook for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside. 2) Sizzle - Get your wok smoking hot and add a splash of oil, fry the prawns until cooked then make space in your pan, add the egg and scramble in the pan. Once the egg is cooked, add the p eppers and mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Then add the Singapore sauce and stir for a further 2 minutes. Add cooked noodles a nd mix well making sure the sauce coats the noodles, vegetables and prawns. 3) Serve - Divide between two bowls and sprinkle over th e fried shallots.
