Add the noodles to a large, deep pan of boiling water. Return to the boil and simmer for approximately 5-7 minutes. The noodles should be cooked through to the centre but still quite firm. Rinse the noodles with cold water and drain. As side dish: After cooking, fry noodles in a little oil and serve them with fresh cut coriander.
