It's so easy!
Noodle soup: To your ramen soup broth add choice of meat and vegetables and bring to the boil for 2-3 minutes. Then empty noodles into the mixture and simmer for 1-2 minutes before serving.
Wok: Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan, add choice of meat and fry for 3-4 minutes. Then add choice of vegetables and fry for a further 2-3 minutes. Add seasoning or sauce, stir-fry for 1 minute. Finally add the noodles and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Microwave: Empty noodles into a microwavable container with 1 tbsp of water, cover and vent. Microwave on full power for 1 minute. Stir with a fork to separate before serving. Instructions are based on an 850W microwave oven. For lower wattage ovens, heating time should be increased.
